Depending on the setup of your computer and specifically Windows 10 updates you have on your computer, the Leica USB driver may conflict with Windows Mobile Device Center.
Ideally, users to download the appropiate GS/CS/TS driver (as found in Leica MyWorld) and install accordingly:
