Please use the attached forms for UAV Returns for Service.   Make sure you include a physical copy with your shipment and email a soft copy to support@stpg.ca.  

PLEASE NOTE:

Unless otherwise specifed, typically service would only need your central body, usb modem, and RC controller.  Avoid sending additional accessories/payloads and equipment with your unit.
